About Me

A lifelong member of the Quinte Area, Marylou Frost is a dedicated friend, neighbour, community volunteer, as well as a hugely successful Real Estate Sales Representative with the Exit Realty Group in Trenton.  Even if you don’t know her personally, you have probably heard her unique spin on the Ricky Nelson Tune, “Hello Mary Lou,” on one of the local radio stations.

The woman is a born go-getter with the heart of a public servant and the energy and enthusiasm of someone half her age.  After many years providing a Day Care Service for local residents, she wanted to try something else. So, she decided to take the real estate course to attain her license and start a new career.  She admits at 64 years of age, it was a challenge to crack open the books again, but, 30 months later, she not only was a licensed realtor, but, had successfully closed over $24 million in sales volume and was awarded her first of three, Bronze Achievement Awards!!  Even the Vice President of Exit Canada, Joyce Paron, would not let this accomplishment go unnoticed, and asked Marylou to make a 30 minute presentation to her piers in a webinar entitled, “ 0 to 90+ in 30 Months: The Fast Track to Top Producer”. This is simply impressive by anyone’s standards.

“I don’t do anything halfway – it’s just not who I am.  I am a full-time licensed realtor and I really enjoy what I do and that, of course, makes this entire experience so rewarding for me,” she smiles.

Marylou knows the Quinte Area because she lives it. This becomes evident immediately, once you’ve had the pleasure of making her acquaintance.  Her knowledge of the area geographically, and its real estate offerings is invaluable to someone in the market locally or from out of town.

She brings a great deal of real-life experience to the table too. She has first-hand knowledge of the excitement of owning that first home and of renovating the investment property that you are counting on for a future income stream.  She’s been there, and she will put your interests first whether you are listing or buying, she works for you and you alone!

“It’s true, I spend a great deal of time engrossed in “all things real estate”, but we have such a great community, I really enjoy getting involved too,” she giggles.

And she does.  A volunteer with Hospice Quinte, actively involved the last couple of years with the Kinsmen Toy Drive, and the Frankford Santa Claus Parade, and even sending out 1500 mailers at Hallowe’en inviting friends and neighbours over for some candy and a visit!

If you have questions about our community, talk with someone that is entrenched in it: Marylou Frost.  If you’re looking for a new place, perhaps need to sell and relocate in the spring?  Give Marylou a call at 343 263 4654 or email her at mfrost@exitrealtygroup.ca you will not be disappointed.  She even offers a Complimentary Property Evaluation! Like the jingle says, “Hello Marylou, good-bye house!”
